Linh is so helpful, but if I must to choose the best knowledge I will choose Documentation because Docs is the shortest and the best way to evaluate BA’s skill. If she is a good Business Analyst (BA), she will create a complete, consistent, clean, clear Docs, as a result her team will work more efficiently and fast. This course focused on important and helpful knowledge for newbie so they can improve BA skill by themselves in the future.
