IIBA does not use or refer to professional development hours as Professional Development Units (PDU).
For the PD eligibility requirement, the term IIBA uses is Professional Development (PD) hours. On the application form, within the professional development section, the applicant is asked to fill in the number of Contact Hours for the course. 1 hour of classroom/contact time of Professional Development = 1 Contact Hour in the application form.
