Not only does he possess strong knowledge and experience in developing test strategies, managing risks, allocating resources, communicating effectively, and monitoring & controlling project delivery, but he also has expertise in business development and has successfully established test centers from scratch in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang to serve multiple customers in the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Europe, Australia, Japan, etc.
As a seasoned software testing expert, Mr. Hieu is highly sought after for his ability to consult on and implement effective testing frameworks and quality assurance strategies for large enterprises. His extensive experience in automation testing with tools like Selenium and JUnit, coupled with his proficiency in performance, load, stress, and volume testing, enables him to assess and optimize software system performance. He is also well-versed in developing testing frameworks such as Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Data-Driven Testing, and Keyword-Driven Testing, providing flexible solutions for diverse testing requirements. His expertise in API testing with tools like Postman and ReadyAPI ensures the accuracy of web services and APIs. Additionally, Mr. Hieu excels in risk management and resource allocation.
