Graduated with Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering (Honor program) at University of Technology – HCMC, Vietnam. Following that, she became a Master of Business Administration at University of Economics– HCMC, Vietnam. Not only that, she also achieved many certificates such as CSAV7.2 (Certified System Architect - Pega System), CPBA V7.2 (Certified Pega Business Architect - Pega System).With over 10 years of experience working in the field of Software Business Analysis (BA - Business Analysis), she has been responsible for many key positions and important roles in projects and currently she is a Product Manager at Scommerce Group.
Successfully built and launched many projects as both leader and senior role, including cooperate with vendor and internal team to implement the new system and enhance the current system, Ms. Ngoc used to get familiar with new platform and business knowledge to deliver HR system within one year for the state bank having approximately 230 branches and sub-brances nationwide and Pega Collections system for the big finance company having more than 15000 employees at FE Credit. Futhermore, Ms. Ngoc Nguyen also possesses a respectable knowledge in the field of specific information technology such as database (SQL/NoSQL, ERD, PL/SQL), business diagram (UML, BPMN), technical knowledge (XML/SOAP, HTML, PRPC), projet management tool (Jira, Bugzilla, Microsoft Project, Trello).
In addition to constantly developing her capacity, Ms. Ngoc is also actively involved in imparting knowledge and experience to people who share the same passion for BA. Therefore, the courses taught by Ms. Ngoc will bring to you interesting lessons of BA program plus practical experiences at the enterprise.
