Graduated with Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering (Honor program) at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT). Following that, she became a Master of Business Administration at University of Economics - HCMC, Vietnam. Not only that, she also achieved many certificates such as CSAV7.2 (Certified System Architect - Pega System), CPBA V7.2 (Certified Pega Business Architect - Pega System).
With over 15 years of experience working in the field of software business analysis (BA - Business Analysis), she has held many key positions in numerous projects. Additionally, Ms. Ngoc Nguyen served as a Head of HRTech at Scommerce Group – the company behind Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN). In this role, she managed the application development team consisting of BAs/Products, Developers, QCs, and Data Analysts. She led the development of a human resource management system for over 10,000 employees, a payroll system processing more than 8 million data lines per payroll cycle, and a mobile application used by a large number of freelancers working for GHN.
With her expertise in successfully initiating and leading various projects, including collaborating with vendors and internal teams to build new systems and enhance existing ones, Ms. Ngoc Nguyen successfully built a human resource management system within one year for the state-owned MHB Bank, which has about 230 branches/transaction offices nationwide. She also led the development of a debt collection management system on the Pega platform for a major financial company with over 15,000 employees, specifically FE Credit.
Moreover, Ms. Ngoc Nguyen has experience working in various types of companies, both domestic and international, including software outsourcing and product development. She possesses extensive knowledge in the field of information technology, covering database fundamentals (SQL/NoSQL, ERD, PL/SQL), business process modeling (UML, BPMN), technical knowledge (XML/SOAP, HTML, PRPC), project management tools (Jira, Bugzilla, Microsoft Project, Trello), and application development for both web and mobile platforms.
In addition to continually developing her own capabilities, Ms. Ngoc actively participates in sharing knowledge and experience with those who share her passion for business analysis.
