With the Digital transformation in Learning & Development, my current role does not limit to traditional training, but also extends to developing in-house tools/platforms aiming at bringing better employee experience in their growth journey. It was the reason why an “outsider” like me decided to enroll in this Fundamental Business Analysis by Ms. Linh.
