Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for analysing the needs of customers and partners for business opertions of the business to learn and propose solutions to arising problems. Therefore, it is very important and necessary for a BA to be professionally trained to meet the requirements of businesses, especially in the digital transformation era. This is the reason why BAC was established as we want to meet the high training needs of current individuals/organizations. 

BAC is a company specializing in training and consultancy in the field of business analysis. We offer professional services to meet the requirements analysis, to support and evaluate projects as well as to provide training courses on demand. At the individual level, our business analysis courses are generally regarded as the key to become professional business analysts. And especially, BAC is currently THE FIRST & ONLY partner of IIBA(International Institute of Business

Analysis) in Vietnam - and also the provider of educational services (EEP^TM - Endorsed Education Provider) of IIBA with the courses Fudenmental BA and Advanced BA with 36 PD (Professional Development) standard by IIBA. 

Within nearly 10 years of experience in organizing BA and IT professional training courses, BAC always strives constantly to improve its training programs and to become a leading centre with the objective of providing professional training and quality employees for BA businesses.  In April 2023, BAC has successfully organized about 360 teaching classes of BA and IT. In addition, BAC has been expanding its training range in many other fields such as management skills, marketing, real estate, soft skills. Besides, policies related to confidentiality, copyright, reservation, payment and refund of tuition fees are also clearly specified in the "Policies" section of the website.

• Prestige: with nearly 10 years of experience in the field of BA training, BAC is the first and only partner of IIBA in Vietnam, and the optimal and reliable choice of professional BAs and large enterprises in Vietnam.  

• Quality: The teaching staff at BAC are highly qualified, experienced and experts in the field of BA. In addition, the curriculum is designed with international standards provided by IIBA. BAC's courses are built with a balanced combination of foundation theory and practical application. 

To ensure that the training is always transparent, reputable and quality over time, BAC's training method is always complied with the following criteria: 

1. Methodical and Practical training process  

At each course, students will be distributed learning materials designed by lecturers with the ensure of providing enough theory, helping students understand the core knowledge of the software business analysis profession. Moreover, BAC's curriculum will always be carefully designed, as close to reality as possible, interwoven with practical lessons, practical projects, workshops to help students adapts these skills into their work after learning.   

Currently, BAC is providing 2 main forms of training:

• Online training: For online training, students will learn through smart devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, phones...) with internet connection. .
• Face to face training: For direct training, trainees study at BAC central locations in the areas of Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Can Tho, Da Nang... Both forms of learning can receive the support from the teaching staff, teaching assistants, and staff of BAC.

In addition, to ensure the most effective of knowledgable understanding and interaction between lecturers and students, the maximisation of a class is 25 people. 

2. Dedicated and caring student support 

Before registering to the course, BAC's staffs will enthusiastically advise on the content of the courses, registration methods, refer students to choose the right courses for themselves. At each lesson, there is a mentor supports students throughout the class. If students find it difficult to study at BAC, the advisory team will immediately support and offer appropriate solutions to ensure that students can obtain the knowledge in the most effective way. 

3. Ensure the provision of certificates and qualifications after study 

After studying at BAC, each of them will be awarded valuable degrees provided by BAC itself, helping students to be more confident when finding jobs and asserting themselves in the profession. Students will be awarded a degree if they meet the following 2 conditions:   

• No more than 70% of total absences   
• Complete more than 70% of the total assignments 

4. Experienced lecturers 

BAC's teaching staff graduated from prestigious universities and had many years of experience in the fields of BA, IT, Fintech ... Lecturers at BAC must go through a rigorous recruitment process and are always supervised to ensure the quality of teaching at BAC. The lecturers at BAC are not only imparters of knowledge, but also being the ones who always inspire, and share experiences from major projects and the tasks they have done. 

5. Employment support after finishing the course 

BAC's career support unit will receive recruitment information from businesses in the field of BA and IT, then introducing them to students who need to find jobs after study. In addition, BAC also provides a number of networking activities between candidates and employers. 

6. Fully equipped facilities  

BAC's classrooms are always fully equipped with amenities such as projectors, flipchart boards, desks, speakers ... to help students focus on their learning conveniently. In addition, the classroom is also designed with a spacious area and full light sources.
